Lot 27 A pair of Saxon equal arm brooches. Circa 8th-10th century AD. Copper alloy brooch formed  of a central arch with an arm on each side terminating with decorated flat circular feet plates. Each has it’s pin missing but double pin bar and catch plate are in tact.                                                                                                 Brooch 1 has a ridged central arch and a circular patterned punched dot decoration on each foot plate 8.21g. Length 47.5mm.
