To include: the 1914 Star with clasp (the clasp is of later production date and appears to be glued on to the ribbon), the British War Medal, and the Victory Medal. Notes: Pte Apling first disembarked for service on October 6th 1914. His medal index card notes that he served with the Military Police as a Lance Corporal, using the service number P3840. The award
