Lot 20 of 739: Roman Triskele Disk Brooch. Circa, 2nd century AD. Copper-alloy, 4.42 grams, 20.65 mm. A disk type brooch with strong Celtic influence. The design is a central triskele with a circular panel at the centre and at the end of each of the three arms. Filled with red and blue enamels of which most still survives. Pin intact.
