Lot 145 of 381: A complete copper-alloy Medieval French Jetton of the Châtel Tournois type, dating c. 1373-1415 and probably struck under the authority of either Charles V or VI. Obverse: +AVE MARIA GRACIA PLEN, 'Châtel Tournois' design suggestive of a stylised tower, a large lis on roof, two smaller lis flanking annulet-topped towers.
