Lot 70 of 714: Roman Dolphin Ring  Circa, 4th century AD. Silver, 22mm x 8mm, 2.2g. A very unusual ring formed of an elongated dolphin curled head to tail. These rings as a type are very common but nearly always depict a snake, this example is as yet unreferenced but is similar in style and construction to.
