Lot 222 of 381: A complete cast copper-alloy triskele fob or mount dating to the Late Iron Age or Early Roman period, c. 100 BC-AD 100. The object consists a rather short and stubby circular-sectioned handle with a prominent transverse collar at its base and a thick circular loop at its apex-the latter somewhat concreted with ferrous products. Expanding at its base into a convergent three-armed shallow spiral with lobed terminals, the underside of the fob is slightly recessed. Condition: very good, even mid-bro
