Lot 37 A WW1 or Interwar period good quality 15ct gold and enamel Royal Engineers sweetheart brooch. Marked 15ct in a cartouche to the reverse side, but lacking any date marks. 15ct was used up until 1931 in the U.K, so it pre-date this year. The brooch has a representation of the usual Royal Engineers cap badge to the front, including the cypher of George V. The garter, scroll title, and crown are infilled with enamel. The badge is set upon a bar, with round hinge, C clasp and safety chain fitted
