The object consists a rectangular frame with a raised double cordon, open on both sides, the upper face demonstrating the remnants of attachments to the now missing handle. Held within the frame is a rectangular orangey yellow stone setting with rounded corners, its lower face engraved with the design of a Phoenix rising from ashes, the sun present in the top left corner of the seal.
