Lot 8 of 597: Romano-British enamelled button or fitting A beautifully well preserved piece with most of the enamel intact, Circa 1st-2nd century AD. Circular in form with a central raised finial within a circular panel of white enamel, around the centre panel is a border of white and blue triangular cells forming a floral type pattern. The reverse has a single large fixing loop. Size: 27 x 13 mm.
