Lot 586 of 561: A Victorian oak and pollard inlay pedestal writing desk, circa 1870, a two higher section with an oak gallery above two short drawers with a long drawer attaching, above an oak writing surface on four short drawers on each pedestal with a long drawer in between on bracket feet. H 100cm x W 115cm x D 57cm Provenance: originally belonging to Francis Darwin, a distant cousin of Charles Darwin.  Offered with a transcript of Darwin Pedigrees by R.B. Feeman
