BUYER NOTICE: We aim to note key condition issues, though some details may be subjective. Contents, especially in older bottles, may be past peak, and taste/drinkability can not be guaranteed. We recommend close inspection or requesting a condition report before bidding. Lots are sold as seen, and any condition changes, including transit leakage due to fragile or damaged closures, are at the buyer's discretion

Card payments by Worldpay via email request
We are not taking payments on the premises - payment to be made before collection.
Payment is by bank transfer and card payment via Worldpay.
Charges
Buyers Premium is 26.5% + VAT Minimum Lot Charge £6 (+vat)
Internet Surcharge 2% + VAT

Payment of items and Storage Charges
Timely collection of items is imperative as storage space is limited.
General items: must be paid for and collected within 5 working days of the end of the sale, after that storage charges will apply which will vary between £10-£20 + VAT per week dependent upon volume of items/space required to store.
Transfer of Lots Between Sites For Postage or Collection
We offer a transfer service for lots purchased at our auction houses – London, Banbury and Bishton Hall, Staffs.
For both postage and collections requests, a transfer fee is payable.
Transfer fees from Oxfordshire saleroom to Head Office – From £10 plus VAT per invoice
Transfer fees from Hertfordshire saleroom to Head Office – From £10 plus VAT per invoice
Transfer fees from Kent saleroom to Head Office – From £15 plus VAT per invoice
Transfer fees from London saleroom to Head Office – From £10 plus VAT per invoice
Transfer fees from Staffordshire saleroom to Head Office – From £5 plus VAT per invoice
These fees are in addition to the postage and packing fees. This service does not include furniture.
