Lot 86B of 381: An anonymous silver Anglo-Saxon sceatta of the secondary phase, dating c. 710-750. Series I, style B. Obverse: no inscription, wolf head right with prominent mane and elongated, curling tongue. Reverse: bird or ‘fledgling’ right, trefoil tail in triqueta above, three pellets below legs.
